We use it when we need to add a so-called Delivery Job to the delivery plan, which is not part of the import and at the same time we expect it to be repeated in the future. We can then add a delivery job introduced in this way in the main scenario as needed, without the need to write out identification data (name, address, time windows, etc.).

Procedure for creating a collection job

  • Open Main scenario.
  • If after opening the Main scenario the tab " Jobs" is empty add job templates.
  • Right click on any row (ideally the one starting with the word "Collection") and select Job and Add

  • You will see the Jobs tab, where you need to fill in the following fields in two tabs. The green tab contains loading information:

1. Job identifier:
The field must always start with the word "Collection", followed by any text.

2. Loading identifier:
You can copy the contents of the field from the job identifier.

3. Loading name:
You can copy the contents of the field from the job identifier.

4. Open1:
Set the opening time.

5. Closed1:
Set the closing time.

6. Loading1:
Leave the value "0" set.

7. Duration:
Set the expected duration of the loading time in minutes

8. Sequence:
Set the value to 2 if loading can take place during the line.
Set a value higher than 2 if you want loading to always take place at the end of the line.

9. StopType:
Select "Pickup"

10. Select "Add new location"

11. Name of loading place:
You can copy the contents of the field from the job identifier.

12. Address of the loading location:
Please give the address in as precise a form as possible

You can also fill in the GPS coordinates of the loading location if you know them. Otherwise, the GPS coordinates will be filled in automatically.

  • The blue tab contains information about the unloading, in most cases it is the Depot:

1. Job identifier:
The field must always start with the word "Collection", followed by any text.

2. Unloader identifier:
You can copy the contents of the field from the job identifier.

3. Name of unloading site:
You can copy the contents of the field from the job identifier.

4. Open1:
Set the opening time ( for the depot).

5. Closed1:
Set the closing time (for the depot).

6. Loading1:
Leave the value "0" set.

7. Duration:
Set the value to "0" (for the depot).

8. Sequence:
Set to 2 if you plan for the vehicle to make multiple trips.
! Attention! The value must always be equal to or greater than in the "Stop Z (loading)"

9. StopType:
Select "DeliveryDepot"

10. Unloading location (usually the Depot)
Select the option &quotSelect from existing locations" and select Depot, or another address if the goods are unloaded elsewhere than at the depot.

If the address where the goods will actually be unloaded is not listed, proceed as if you were adding a new location.
