Location ID - Unique location identifier
Order ID - The number of the specific order. There may be multiple orders to one Location ID
Client name – name of the customer
Delivery address - can be divided into multiple fields (Street, City, ZIP, ...)
Quantity - weight of goods in kg, number of pallets, number of crates. Quantitative data can accept up to 5 different types.
Shipping date – if relevant (e.g. if the order can be delivered within 3 days)
Time window – when can the order be delivered to the customer. Each time interval can be listed in a separate column (e.g. from 08:00 to 12:00, from 12:30 to 17:00), corresponding to open1, close1, open2, close2 (up to 10 pairs) can be used
Phone contact - can be used to inform customers of the planned deliveries or an export of routes to drivers
Email - can be used to inform the subscriber of planned delivery mail
Note - any information needed for, for example, dispatchers, drivers
GPS coordinates X (longitude), Y (latitude), if not available, the Truckstops Loads geocoding service will geocode them from the address information provided.
