After X vehicles are loaded (where X is the number of loading bays) the loading continues with next interval. The length of the interval is set by the "Redispatch time" field on the vehicle.
*Example: The earliest vehicle start time is at 6:00, redispatch time is 30 minutes. Vehicles will thus leave in intervals 6:00, 6:30 etc.
**If we have vehicles, that have for example start time set to 6:15, they will start loading the vehicle at 6:30 at the earliest.
