When processing a scenario into a KPI, the following scenario selection logic is used.

Used > Last exported > Last created

If the scenario has no solution, none will be worked out.

If the scenario has a scenario marked as Used, the last one is used.

If no solution is marked as Used, the last Exported is taken.

If no solution is exported, the last solution in the solution list is taken.
