Not Served Penalty Limit
Jobs above the Not served penalty limit will be always attempted to be loaded even if adding them will make t he solution cost more.
Restart Phases Count
Situational, 5 - 10 is used.
Return to best after X iterations
Situational, percentage of the total iterates (eg. 5 %) makes sense here. The more you give it the further it can search.
Stay at best for X iterations
Similar to above, but it limits the search, so usefull only in situations where you have little time and want to get to some solution quickly
