Each situation (scenario) contains:

  • list of orders - what is to be served
  • a list of vehicles that can be used to serve the orders
  • where the orders are to be delivered from and to and where the used vehicles are to arrive.


Scheduling methods (by time of shipment)

  • daily scheduling
    • the most common planning method
    • the orders from the current day are used to create a delivery plan for the following day
  • multi-day planning
    • less common
    • for example, on a weekly or monthly basis
    • with lines for the given days (if you have 3 cars in your fleet, the scenario will contain 21 lines)

Multiple solutions can be created within a single situation and can be edited and saved independently. If you change the data in a situation, the change will not be reflected back in the solutions already created. To do so, you must use the "Recalculate Solutions" function.
