It is only set in cases where the car/driver has already taken part of the break during the week. For example, if the delivery is scheduled only from the middle of the week.
The default setting is 0 = We assume that deliveries are always scheduled from Monday to Saturday and the vehicles/drivers have a full number of rest days.
