Departure rules

The rules determine how many exits a vehicle can make in a scenario.

Loading time - determines (in minutes) how long it takes to load a vehicle at the depot before departure

Max number of departures - determines how many times the vehicle can leave the depot. "0" means unlimited number of exits, any other numeric value will limit the number of departures to the given value.

In this case, the vehicle will be loaded for 30 minutes before departure and may leave twice in total.
