Another way to send out information to selected individuals is to send out SMS and emails to drivers and clients. If you have this option set up and want to send out SMS or emails, the process is simple, but you must have a ready-made solution.

Click on the corresponding button on the top bar (Pic. 49). Note that unless otherwise set, SMS or emails are always sent to all drivers who have at least one order loaded and to all customers; it is not possible to select only some. If you see a column called „for export“ or similar, you can choose which drivers to send the message to. The message will always be sent to all customers whose jobs are loaded on the selected vehicle.
