System Requirements - Basic technical specification
How is the software used / installed?
- Single user – local installation
- Multiple local users – program is installed on a shared drive, one database and all users connect to it. Ideal on local networks.
- Multiple remote users – server install, access via remote desktop or terminal services. Remote web service call (“black box” computations) full automation and integration into the company’s system.
Installation requirements
- Requires connection to a local or network Microsoft SQL Server 2014/ 2016 express in Studio Management Edition - it's free to download and easy to install, there is adequate functionality for Truckstops Loads to use.
- Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016 64 bit.
- Programmed in .NET C # - Requires .NET Framework, latest version
- TeamViewer for remote support - access point version, TeamViewer 12 and above is recommended.
Recommended hardware requirements on a server or local (PC) computer
The performance and speed of the solver is directly proportional to the performance and frequency of the processor. Processor - Recommended: Four or more processors with good performance i.e., i7, Xeon and Ryzen 1800X. The Number of cores influences the performance of Truckstops, however opening multiple instances of Truckstops on separate threads can be done. Memory - Minimum: 4-8 GB Recommended: 16 GB Disk space - Recommended Storage: 200 GB SSD (Normal installations are less than 5GB in total). Graphics/Video - Minimum: Screen resolution 1024 x 768 Recommended: High Resolution of 1920x1080 and dual screens, which both allow for better simultaneous viewing of solution data, map displays, reports and spreadsheets. Desktop Installation - Suggested: Windows 7, Windows 8. Windows 10 - 64 bit Internet Access - Truckstops Loads requires an internet connection with its online geocoding built in via the HERE platform. Microsoft Excel - Required to utilize the ‘Edit in Excel’ functionality within Truckstops – Microsoft Office 14 or later Provided the licensing requirements are met, Truckstops Loads can be installed on Windows Server2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016 and accessed via Remote Desktop, or installed in a Citrix environment.
Data connection - data import /retrieval options:
- File (Excel, CSV, xml, txt) - custom formats, based on what the customer can create
- REST Web API JSON
- Connection to DB (SQL query)
Minimum required data parameters for the planned orders / jobs / stops
ID zakázky - jedinečné id/číslo zakázky. Jedné lokaci může být přiřazeno více zakázek.
Jméno/název zákazníka
Doručovací adresa - může být rozdělena do více polí (ulice, město, PSČ).
Poptávka - váha/objem/palety zboží, Tasha umí pracovat až s 5 různými parametry poptávky pro jednu zakázku.
Datum doručení – kromě konkrétního data umí Tasha zpracovat požadavek typu "zavézt do tří dnů"
Časová okna – časové ohraničení, kdy může být zakázka doručena na místo, SolverTech Tasha počítá s možností více časových oken např.: 08:00-12:00 a 13:00-16:00
Telefonní kontakt - využívá se pro informování zákazníku o času doručení přes SMS nebo pro export trasy řidičům
Email - Používá se pro informování zákazníka o doručení zboží nebo se na něj posílá řidiči rozpis trasy
Poznámka - jakékoliv informace, kterou by měl zná řidiči obsluhující vaše zakázky, zákazník nebo dispečer
GPS souřadnice - Pokud data neobsahují gps souřadnice, Tasha je schopna adresy geokódovat automaticky.

Přístup k internetu
Pro plnohodnotné fungování potřebuje Tasha online přístup k níže uvedeným serverům. Pozor, adresy se mohou měnit a být závislé na poskytovatelích třetích stran.
