Creates a *,scv file with vehicle statistics for the selected time period.
There shall be no more than one scenario with the same planning day in a given time period.
Plugin: VehicleStatistics.dll
Output: *.csv file
Procedure:
1)
2) Determine the time period for which the statistics are to be produced
