This is a very useful function that allows the calculation of the optimal solution to respect the rules used. To work, you need to have a visible column called "Special marks", which you add to the list using " Column/group selection". We recommend to add the column "Special marks" to both the tab "Jobs" and to the tab "Vehicles".

The field in the column "Special marks" can be empty or contain any text in combination with different characters.

If you want to combine multiple special characters, you need to separate them with a dash.

For example: ramp-size1-klice

Basic use of special marks:

Standard special mark - any character

For example, if you want a specific driver or vehicle to go to a customer.

  • If the field is filled in, the job can only be served by a vehicle that has the same field filled in "Special marks".
  • A job can be served by more than one vehicle if they have the same information as the job in the "Special marks" field.

    Examples of use:

  • Need for certain equipment (header, crane, hose, freezer, etc.) for jobs where a certain type of equipment is needed to service the job, add the necessary information or a combination of them separated by a dash (header-crane) in the "Special marks" field. You can then fill in the same data in the field &quotSpecial marks" for specific vehicles and you can be sure that the job will be served by the correct vehicle for this purpose.
  • 'Need for a specific driver' - same principle, you enter the name of a specific driver/vehicle in the "Special marks" field in the order and fill in the same information in the "Special marks" field for the vehicle.
  • 'Designation of area/region - a typical example is the designation of vehicles that will serve customers only in the city and vehicles that will travel outside the city (Prague, others)

Mark Description

Example

Explanation

xx Restrictive special mark. It begins with the letters xx followed by any combination of numbers and letters. A vehicle with the mark xx cannot load a job with the same mark xx'. xxhungary xxhungary on the job and xxhungary' on the vehicle would mean that it is a Hungarian job and this vehicle should not go to Hungary.
Size Size special mark. It starts with the word size and is followed by a number describing the maximum size of the car that can handle the job. size3 A job marked size3 can only be served by a vehicle marked size3' and below.
minsize Size special mark. It starts with the word minsize followed by a number describing the minimum size of the car that can service the job. minsize3 Jobs marked minsize3 can only be loaded onto vehicles marked size3' and above.
cj SConnecting special mark. It begins with the letters cj' followed by a connecting character, which may be a combination of letters or numbers. All jobs with the same mark will always be loaded on the same vehicle. cj1234

For example, if we enter four different jobs into the special tag cj1234 field, we will achieve that all four jobs will always be loaded together on one vehicle, but they can be loaded in different trips.

keeptogether A special mark guaranteeing immediate unloading. In the case of the use of a special mark, the solution will be planned so that when such an order is loaded, it will be scheduled for immediate unloading. keeptogether In the case of partial filling of the tanker with milk, we want to ensure that the order is unloaded immediately after loading (the tanker has been drained), because we do not want to pour more milk into the tanker. In this case, we use the keeptogether tag for the job.
Optional2 On the job. The vehicle can serve the job if it contains at least one of the codes. Tuesday If the vehicle has the code Monday on it, it can service the job. If it's Tuesday, it can service it aswell.

DoNotMixSomething1
DoNotMixSomething2

DoNotMixSomething1
DoNotMixSomething2

On the job. The vehicle can only service one type of DoNotMix job Do not mix_Milk

Do not mix_Oil

The vehicle can never pick up milk and oil at the same time. If the vehicle is emptied to zero Cargo1 on the way, it can take another type of goods.
OneOfAKind If you want specific jobs to never be loaded together on the same line. OneOfAKindGarage The vehicle will pick up a maximum of one order with this code.
Affinity

On the job and on the vehicle.

If you want the job to be primarily served by one vehicle, but to be able to be served by another vehicle

affinity_prague - vehicle

affinity_prague_200 - a job

A job with the special mark affinity_praha_200 is primarily served by a vehicle with the special mark affinity_praha. However, if this is not possible, the order can be served by another vehicle (even a vehicle with affinity_anything), but the delivery price will be penalized by 200,-.
cjl Connecting special mark. It begins with the letters cjl' followed by a connecting character, which may be a combination of letters or numbers. All orders with the same mark will always be loaded on the same vehicle and in the same dispatch.

cjl123 If we enter e.g. four different jobs in the special tag field cjl123 we achieve that all four jobs will always be loaded together on the same vehicle and on the same dispatch.

! You can use any characters you like, but make sure they are always the same in both the jobs and the vehicles.

! Watch out for upper and lower case letters
