Clustering of jobs

Sometimes Tasha needs to create routes that have orders "stacked" at one point, instead of continuously servicing orders along the entire route. This is done using the "Distance From Route Center Cost" parameter, which is set in the vehicle prices. The ratio between the off-centre penalty and the other prices must be adapted to the specific situation. Note that the clustering penalty is included in the standard starfish cost.

If this parameter is set, Tasha calculates the geometric center of the route when creating the route and assigns each job a "penalty" for distance from the center, effectively trying to create job clusters.
