- Press the „Distance matrix“ button (Pic. 50).
- Sort the matrix by time or distance.
- You will find several entries in the matrix that have "NC" (or something similar, but no distance or time is given anyway - Pic. 51).
- In column „Z" it is possible to find out which location is incorrectly identified (in our example it is „Svatopluk Čech", job no. 2019100901).
- Switch back to the " Locations " tab and find the relevant location (we recommend searching with Ctrl+F).
- Check where the location is located. In the „Locations“ tab, right-click and select „Show Map“ (Pic. 52). Next, right-click on the problematic location and select „Zoom Location“ (Pic. 53). The location of the location will be shown. In our example, Mr. Svatopluk Čech is located in Yemen, which is undoubtedly wrong (Pic. 54).
- To hide the map, right-click in the list of locations and select „Hide map“ (Pic. 55).
- Next, follow steps 6 to 11 of „Modifying the location“.
