Distance cost tables
When the price paid for travelled distance, changes with the distance travelled.
Typically used when the company hires external fleet and pays for the mile. The longer the routes, the less they pay for mile. There can also be a minimum amount of money paid for the vehicle use, so no driver would get too little to compensate for his day.
How to set them up?

Editing the Distance cost table
Here is where you set up the the costs.
1) Table index - groups the rows together
2) Distance limit - if the vehicle travells less than that and doesn't fall into a different bracket, this will line be used.
3) Distance cost - cost per unit of distance (km / mile)
4) Fixed cost - cost added to this if the vehicle is used
5) Drop cost - cost per one served job
Enabling them in vehicle settings
Vehicles must be set to use the distance cost tables.
1) Use distance cost - checkbox must be turned to true, switching it off will ignore 3) and use value from the distance cost column instead.
2) Legs costed separately - If each leg the vehicle does is costed individually, this is where you check the box.
3) Distance cost table index - links the vehicle with the distanc cost table
4) Distance costs will not be used if 1) is checked and is thus irrelevant.
