What is necessary to create

1) Vehicle list so that it returns which vehicles the company has with tracking. Vehicles and their unique id within the tracking plus maybe car registration number and some other general info.

2) Current location of all vehicles.

3) The current location of the vehicle according to its id.

4) The route of the vehicle in the specified period. Returns the most detailed GPS available for the vehicle in the given time period. For each GPS there is a corresponding time when the vehicle was on that GPS with an accuracy of at least seconds. The idea is to be able to plot as accurately as possible from the data how the vehicle was driving and compare that to the plan.
