AdmintTime

Used when single place has multiple jobs going to or from it. There is some overhead with stopping the vehicle (paperwork, waiting for the client), that is not related with the rest of the duration on the stop and should not add twice or more times, when more stops are unloaded there.

Example:

Jobs have only admin time, no duration.

Admin time is added to duration only once on the end of the chain of stops with the same duration.
