Penalty for failure to fulfil turnover

If a turnaround goal is specified on the vehicles, Tasha will try to create routes to make the total turnaround on the route as close to the specified goal as possible.

If the turnover goal is not reached, the full amount of the penalty for not fulfilling the turnover is applied for each CZK missing.

Example: The turnover goal is set at 500,000, the penalty for not fulfilling the turnover goal is 1,000. Tasha creates a route with a turnover of 490,000 - a penalty of 10,000 is added to the cost of the route (km, time...).

Please note that if the vehicle is not used at all, it is treated as if it did not meet the turnover at all, so the price of the route = turnover goal x penalty for not fulfilling the turnover.
