Centre of serviced radius

Parameter on the vehicle. If it is set and at the same time there is a positive non-negative value in the Service radius field, then the vehicle can serve jobs only at the given distance just from the Location set in the Service radius center field.

In fact, we set the vehicle an area defined by the centre and the distance (along the roads, not as the crow flies) that it can operate.
