Tasha may store certain types of information in its internal database as part of the storage of customer-specific data. These are usually:
- ID
- GPS coordinates
- Time windows
- Special marks
Use of the internal database must be enabled in ScenarioImporter - JoinWithExternalID.
The information enters the internal database when the order with the given ID is first loaded. If you need to change the data, proceed as follows:
A) Change via "Apply changes"
- Correct your "gps" in the situation you are working in (in the locations tab)
- Click on the Distribution Locations tab
- Click the Apply Changes buttony
- Click on the list and check that the ID has the GPS you changed
Note: Please note that the database may store other data besides GPS (time from and to, special markers...). When using the Apply Changes function, all these values are overwritten from the current open situation for all IDs that are in the database and in the situation.
B) Direct field editing
- Click on the Distribution Locations tab
- Click the List button
- Search for the record you are going to edit
- can be searched via the search bar "ctrl + f"
- Edit the relevant record
- The edited ID turns red, confirm the changes via the "Apply" button.
