Divide the job into orders

The jobs that have a small black + next to their identifier have been consolidated / folded from several orders to the same delivery point during the import.

If the dispatcher considers it appropriate, he can split them (and then, for example, drive each part in a different vehicle).

To display the job breakdown correctly, it is necessary to have the Order id field set correctly in the application settings.
