Still red "Update" button

Problem: In the „Locations“ tab, all locations are specified, but the „Update“ button is still red, even if you press it and the distances are recalculated.

Probable cause: one or more locations have wrong GPS coordinates.

Solution:

1. Press the „Distance matrix“ button (Pic. 50).
2. Sort the matrix by time or distance.
3. You will find several entries in the matrix that have "NC" (or something similar, but no distance or time is given anyway - Pic. 51).
4. In column „Z" it is possible to find out which location is incorrectly identified (in our example it is „Svatopluk Čech", job no. 2019100901).
5. Switch back to the " Locations " tab and find the relevant location (we recommend searching with Ctrl+F).
6. Check where the location is located. In the „Locations“ tab, right-click and select „Show Map“ (Pic. 52). Next, right-click on the problematic location and select „Zoom Location“ (Pic. 53). The location of the location will be shown. In our example, Mr. Svatopluk Čech is located in Yemen, which is undoubtedly wrong (Pic. 54).
7. To hide the map, right-click in the list of locations and select „Hide map“ (Pic. 55).
8. Next, follow steps 6 to 11 of „Modifying the location“.

Sometimes you may find that, after going through 1) to 6), the location is correctly positioned, but is far from the nearest road (this can happen especially for addresses in cottage areas or industrial complexes - Pic. 56). In this case, right-click on a nearby road or driveway and select "Move to location" (Pic. 57). Tasha will change the GPS coordinates to the selected location, but the address of the location will remain unchanged.
