- Time Window – the time from which the contract is "open", i.e. when it is possible
to deliver the order, to drive out and return to the depot, etc. Each order can have several time windows (e.g. 8:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00)
- Geocoding - the process by which Tasha assigns GPS coordinates to an address.
- Scenario, Situation - an open list of orders, and everything that relates to this from Tasha's point of view. Typically, scenario = open tab.
